Senior Pictures are a great way to celebrate and remember an important time in your teen’s life. Sessions are designed to be fun with a modern flair. Let's chat and figure out what your teens vision is for their session.

The best time of day for outdoor photos is in the evening before dusk, we will shoot around dusk for the best lighting conditions. All senior sessions are shot at beautiful outdoor locations within one hour of Rocklin, CA

Location Ideas

• Nature: This includes an open field, trees, your favorite hiking trail. Maybe a sunset spot?
• Water: Obviously related to nature, but this is more specific. Does your family spend a lot of time on the lake?
• Flowers: so many girls ask me for a field of flowers as their preferred location! (spring time only)It also can include a pretty plant nursery, a garden or spring blooms on trees.
• Rustic: The obvious choice here is a farm with a barn or perhaps you have a horse and want to do it at the stable. 
• Urban: This location can be somewhere close by. One of my favorites is old town Auburn. This is a favorite for most boys
• High School: Maybe you want some unique sports pictures in your sports gear
• Unique: This option is completely unlimited! Maybe you really want a wall mural or a library or maybe a coffee shop. It can even be at a petting zoo or in a museum or an airport hanger!

A few helpful tips for clothing

For Girls

Clothes should be ironed and ready to go. Bring a mix of casual and dressy for a nice variety. Bring lots of accessories like necklaces or fun hats. Please remember to paint your nails or have no nail polish. Try to avoid super bright nail polish as it can be distracting in photos. Make sure hair and makeup are freshly done. Maybe opt for getting your makeup & hair professionally done.

For Guys

Choose comfortable clothing and try to avoid large logos or bright stripes. Bring a variety of clothing. One causal look and one a bit dressy is great. Make sure you iron your clothing. Please make sure you are freshly shaved. Haircuts should be done at least one week before your session.

Remember to relax during your session and be yourself!
